Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Waitress at Bangkok Lounge Thai Restaurants & Take Away in Harpenden. The Waitress will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking food and beverage orders, serving dishes, and ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service Knowledge of basic cooking techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills Attention to detail and a positive attitude Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Food hygiene certification is beneficial
