Safety & Environmental Field Specialist
Location: Remote (with travel across Oxford, Reading, Cambridge and occasional UK wide)

We're looking for a Safety & Environmental Field Specialist to help drive our health and safety strategy across customer sites and engineering teams. What You'll Do:
1. Support engineers and customers with safety expertise.
2. Conduct inspections, audits, and investigations across a variety of customer sites, including construction, engineering, and installation.
3. Provide training, guidance, and awareness sessions to employees and subcontractors.
4. Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, company policies, and industry best practices.
5. Collect and analyse safety data to improve practices and drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
1. Health & Safety expertise - NEBOSH Certificate (minimum) or NVQ Level 3 in Health & Safety.
2. Experience in a similar role, ideally within construction or engineering.
3. Ability to train and influence teams, making safety a shared responsibility.
4. Strong audit and investigation skills, with experience in risk assessment.
5. A proactive and approachable mindset, comfortable working with a range of stakeholders.
6. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (typically 4 days per week on-site).
