We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Executive to join our marketing team. The ABM Executive will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing highly-targeted marketing strategies aimed at key accounts (both present and future). This role requires a creative marketer with excellent project management skills, an understanding of B2B marketing, and experience in personalized campaigns designed to build relationships with high-value clients. The Account Based Marketing Executive is an instrumental part of the Sales & Marketing team and will report into the Head of Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* ABM Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify key accounts and develop tailored marketing strategies to drive engagement and revenue growth.
* Account Insights & Research: Conduct detailed research on key accounts to understand their business challenges, goals, and decision-making processes, providing insights that inform personalized marketing efforts.
* Sales Alignment: Regularly communicate with sales teams to ensure alignment on key accounts, share insights, and refine strategies based on feedback.
* Technology & Tools: Utilize marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (HubSpot), and eventually ABM tools (such as Terminus, Demandbase, or 6sense) to track engagement and improve campaign effectiveness.
* Campaign Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns (email, content, webinars, events, direct mail, etc.) targeting specific accounts, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
* Event & Webinar Coordination: Help organize and manage targeted events (physical or virtual) aimed at building relationships with key accounts, including invitations, follow-ups, and post-event analysis.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure ABM strategies align with customer needs and business objectives.
* Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of ABM campaigns, using data-driven insights from HubSpot and other tools, to optimize efforts and maximize ROI.
* Content Personalization: Work closely with the content team to create highly-relevant, account-specific messaging and assets that resonate with key decision-makers.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, the Account Based Marketing Executive should have experience with:
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
* 1+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong emphasis on account-based marketing (ABM).
* Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
* Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer personas.
* Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
* Experience creating and managing personalized content for key accounts.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive campaign performance.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales and product.
Technical Skills
To perform this job successfully, the Account Based Marketing Executive should have experience with:
* Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
* Proficiency in ABM platforms like Terminus, Demandbase, or 6sense.
* Knowledge of digital marketing tactics (email marketing, paid media, social media, etc.).
* Prior experience in industries like SaaS, technology, or enterprise solutions is a plus.
