Office Administrator
Duties:
* Perform various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office
* Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
* Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating needs and placing orders as required
* Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages for shipment
* Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping
* Support the office team with clerical tasks as needed
* Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Skills:
* Proficient in typing and computer skills
* Strong administrative and organizational abilities
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management systems
* Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
* Experience using computerized systems such as QuickBooks is a plus
