HSEQ Administrator, Fivemiletown Salary depending on experience Hours of Work: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday 8am start time is non-negotiable This position would suit a Graduate / potenital 2025 Graduate. Duties To support the HSEQ department by ensuring compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems. Provide general administrative support to the HSEQ Team Ensuring Subcontractors have adequate Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance Management of company training database Management of asset Statutory Inspection Database Management of H&S Stock such as PPE Managing Occupational Health & Employee Database Assist with the implementation of the company well-being programme and initiatives Supporting the onboarding process by ensuring employees receive HSEQ training Essential Criteria Administration experience within an office-based environment for a minimum of 2 years. Able to travel to and from work sites within NI required with notice. Effective relationship builder. Team player. Positive attitude. Proactive / Highly motivated. Able to participate and contribute to a successful, committed and highly motivated team. Willingness to learn and develop within the HSEQ team Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
