Purpose of Job Working as an DCCL Assistant, you will assist to design and implement processes and tools that safeguard the firm's DC portfolio. You will gain key insight into the firms' risk and regulatory landscape. Working within the team, you will be helping the DCGL Team with gathering data relating to sustainability, regulatory reporting, and performance metrics from a wide range of stakeholders. The stakeholders will be both internal and external and will be spread across three regions across the globe. Key Skills Quick to learn the functionality of tools, systems, and dashboards key to firmwide Risk management reporting Experienced in using Microsoft Excel and its functionality for data analysis Experienced in using Microsoft PowerPoint, required ability to provide executive views into key Risk data for senior management consumption Ability to work across a large organization with multiple stakeholders and senior leadership positions Excellent communication skills as this role will involve stakeholder management Proficient in data capture and visualization Responsibilities and Duties You will be responsible for chasing down sustainability/consumption data and updating EDC reports accordingly, you will then be testing this data for quality with internal and external audit QA testing of EDC global operations procedures (hardware handover, deco) with documented test documents, monthly/annual reporting and exceptions and EDC Risk review/support. Assist to maintain a monthly report containing all the required DCCL activities and ensure that this is updated in accordance of completed tasks Assist to maintain a global EDC Database, testing, updating and crosschecking this monthly ensuring all data is accurate and up to date You will be responsible for completing monthly audits for Access Control reports and compiling data for review/audit Attending QBR's for all identified critical vendors where required, to record meeting notes (in agreed format) and to ensure that we can demonstrate oversight of the vendors and contract SLA's or ensure they are timely performed and documented by site managers You will be working closely with the Data Analyst and Tooling Team, assisting to develop and adapt tooling to enhance the DCGL processes You will be responsible for periodically preparing and presenting relevant documentation to EDC Risk to demonstrate firm following EDC global operations procedures Accountabilities Directly accountable to the CBRE DCGL Manger for all HR/pay/sickness and training requirements.
