The Shared EPR Team is made up of colleagues from BTHFT, CHFT and AFT, and if you work at one of these Trusts today you can still be employed by them and join us.

Main duties of the job
The EPR Senior Analyst roles (for Clinical Documents/ED/Paediatrics & Patient Administration Systems / Capacity Management) are part of the core team for the programme and are some of the most pivotal in the Shared Electronic Patient Record Team and are key to the continued success of EPR.
The post holder will have a knowledge of clinical process and informatics skills and act as the interface between the clinical and the technical.
The EPR Senior Analysts will be responsible for analysis of current work practices/workflows and supporting process redesign utilising the EPR and will provide a key role in EPR system design, configuration and maintenance. They will work with system users, clinical and digital leaders in the Trusts and colleagues across the EPR workstreams. They will also collaborate with other Cerner Trusts and attend Cerner Special Interest Groups to ensure high quality design and testing of the clinical configuration and to develop future state maps and standard operating procedures for the new processes developed. The role will be varied and evolve over the lifecycle of the programme.
