Key Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
2. Assist customers with queries relating to mortgages, loans, and related financial products
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
4. Educate customers on our products, services, and policies
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven experience in a customer-facing role
2. Background in financial services and lending products is desirable
3. CeMAP qualification (or currently working towards it) is preferred
4. Experience in a call centre environment is advantageous but not essential
