Lead Supported Living Worker- CQC
Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
£12.61 per hour (Salary £24,664 per annum) plus great benefits including Health Cash Plan!

As our Lead Supported Living Worker, you’ll support our customers who have complex needs to develop their skills to live more independently in the community. You’ll make a big difference each day as you help our customers achieve their hopes and aspirations.
Typical day as a Lead Supported Living Worker
* Creating support plans with your customers and coordinating our small team of Support Workers.
* Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.
* Helping customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping, budgeting, maintaining their tenancy, and moving onto independent accommodation.
* Supporting customers with their personal care and medication needs outlined in their support plan.
* Support to attend appointments, take part in hobbies and interests, or attend college or work.
* Collaborating with colleagues and spending quality time with customers.

You bring
* You’ll have or be willing to work towards your Level 3 Health and Social Care Certificate.
* Passion to support our customers to live their best life, with an eye for detail.
* Experience of creating person-centred support plans and supporting colleagues.
* Experience of coordinating and assessing customer referrals.
* Able to work using initiative and remain calm under pressure.
* Must hold a valid UK/EU driving licence and be over the age of 25 for Motability insurance.

Job details
* Flexibility to meet the needs of our customers, which may mean adapting your start or finishing times.
* Rolling rota including sleep-ins and a fair share of weekends and bank holidays.
* Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans and collaborating with colleagues.
* Enhanced DBS check required, and we pay for that.
