Senior Insight Analyst opportunity has arisen to join a newly established function within a leading global insurance provider. If you have a data insight background and Lloyds market background we would love to hear from you. This position will be instrumental in developing high-quality insights that influence key business decisions and help shape the identity and performance of the underwriting delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver insightful management information (MI) and operational performance reports across underwriting services.
* Collaborate with data teams to create user-friendly dashboards and compelling visualisations using tools such as Power BI.
* Translate complex data into meaningful insights, supporting strategic decisions and performance improvement.
* Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify data quality issues and recommend process enhancements.
* Interpret operational data and exception reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Develop reporting frameworks that drive automation, self-service, and standardisation.
* Guide and mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and analytical expertise.
* Take ownership of regulatory reporting requirements and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
* Support cross-functional projects and contribute to the continuous improvement culture.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in the Lloyd's and London Market across multiple business lines, ideally with exposure to Delegated Authority business.
* Good conception understanding of data analytics tools.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage large datasets and extract actionable insights.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and support decision-making at all levels.
* Highly organised, delivery-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
* A proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities.
* Relevant qualifications such as a university degree, CII certification, or process improvement training (eg Lean Six Sigma) are advantageous.
