Our Housing Application Support Team is at the forefront of deploying, supporting and developing business-critical IT systems that deliver quality information and streamline services for both our staff and the community. Located in diverse locations citywide, our team collaborates with Service Managers, system users, and tenant and leaseholder representatives to deliver efficient service delivery.
Role Mission
As a Senior Application Support Officer, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team, ensuring our range of business applications are not only operational but optimised to meet the evolving needs of our service. Your role is crucial in maintaining system availability, efficiency and improvements. You will oversee a varied range of activities including, but not limited to Applications support; system administration; Data management; Projects; Reports and scripting; Training and documentation. With your deep knowledge of our primary housing systems—MRI/Orchard (Enterprise, Repairs, Asset, and Reporting) you will be instrumental in enhancing system functionality and user satisfaction, directly impacting our community and making a significant contribution to our mission of service excellence.

We are seeking a dynamic individual with expertise in MRI/Orchard systems to ensure that our housing solutions are not only supported but also continually enhanced. Role: Senior Applications Support Officer
Hours: This is a full-time role, for 37 hours per week.
Working Pattern: Mon - Fri
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £36,124 - £40,476 per annum (City Pay Band 5)
Location: This is flexible – working in Cambridge on site or at one of our offices or working from home. You will be able to balance your work location accordingly.
