Responsibilities
The Business Studies Teacher will:
* Teach engaging and well-structured Business Studies lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, following the school's curriculum and meeting the diverse learning needs of students.
* Develop students' interest and understanding in business, economics, and entrepreneurship, encouraging them to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios.
* Build a supportive, organised classroom environment that promotes academic curiosity and respectful behaviour.
* Regularly assess student progress and address any gaps in understanding, ensuring all students can build a strong foundation in the subject.
* Work closely with the school's SEND team to provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they can fully access the curriculum.

* Engage with school activities, including clubs and trips, to support students' wider learning experiences.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a background in Business Studies or a related field.
* Experience teaching Business Studies at Key Stages 3 and 4, with a passion for inspiring students in the subject.
* Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well with students, staff, and parents.
