Key ResponsibilitiesTeam ManagementSupervise on-site waste teams at different customer sites.Train team members and conduct regular briefings.Perform regular competency and performance assessments.Compliance & SafetyEnsure full compliance with H&S policies.Keep waste areas organised and compliant.Conduct and assist with risk assessments and safe procedures.Process ImprovementEnforce waste segregation.Streamline operations for cost reduction.Help implement new waste projects and procedural updates.Scheduling & CoordinationEfficiently schedule jobs, labour, and equipment use.Maintain all administrative tasks tied to the role.TravelRegular travel and possible overnight stays required.What You'll NeedRequired:Driving licence.IT skills (especially Excel & Microsoft Office).Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.Detail-oriented and customer-focused.Desirable:IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH certification.ILM Level 3/4 or similar leadership training.Experience in waste management (helpful but not essential).LocationWorcestershire / Warwickshire borders(Around the M5 / M40 corridor - ideal if you're based nearby or can easily travel to multiple sites.)Salary & BenefitsBase Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 DOECar Allowance: £7,960 annuallyMileage: £0.45/mile for first 10,000 miles, then £0.25/mileBonus: Up to 10% of salary (discretionary)
