Our client, a highly respected multi-award-winning 5-star developer, is seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Marketing Manager to take a leading role in delivering end-to-end marketing strategies for a variety of exciting new residential developments. From initial concept to launch, you will be instrumental in supporting the full marketing process — from developing unique brand identities and managing campaigns to producing high-impact marketing materials. You will help shape and execute bespoke marketing plans for each development, ensuring they align with the company’s vision and commercial objectives, while overseeing the production of engaging content such as websites, brochures, and digital assets. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will coordinate and deliver multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, PR, and social media platforms to drive lead generation and support sales conversions. You will collaborate with Sales Managers and creative teams to ensure that marketing efforts are fully aligned with sales strategies and deliver tangible, measurable results. Additional responsibilities will include assisting with marketing budget management, coordinating the setup of sales offices and show homes, and leading on the creation of compelling brand identities for new developments. The ideal candidate will hold a Marketing degree and bring solid experience in property marketing, with a proven record of delivering successful campaigns. Strong project management, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of modern digital marketing trends are essential to succeed in this role
