Position Overview Ralph Lauren is embarking on a multi-year transformation journey to expand our efforts to deliver on our sustainability goals and meet emerging regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations around value chain transparency and product traceability. We are assembling a cross-functional team under a new program called Transparency and Traceability (TNT) which will be responsible for driving the strategy and implementation of new data requirements and processes across the business. The work will involve scaling this TNT program to all product categories and raw materials across the Ralph Lauren brands, expanding our human rights and environment due diligence programs to upstream suppliers, enabling product impact disclosures and strengthening data controls for corporate reporting. As the TNT Lead, this role will dually report to the Head of TNT and Head of Global Expansion & Raw Materials, working in a highly cross-functional capacity to oversee and manage the program’s deployment in partnership with Sourcing, IT, Sustainability, Worker Well-Being, Legal & Compliance, Public Affairs and Product Management as well as external partners. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Oversee overarching TNT strategy and lead program implementation to ensure that all work across the organization is connected, prioritized, and on track. Adjust strategic priorities and project roadmap as needed based on emerging regulatory developments and requirements. Develop new frameworks and processes to ensure effective TNT program implementation. Oversee TNT Working Group activities to drive cross-functional alignment and ensure that updates on progress, risk levels, roadblocks, and resource needs are elevated to key leaders in an effective and timely manner. Manage internal and external reporting requirements related to TNT (e.g., Board materials, GC&S report, industry surveys, etc.) Represent RL in industry engagements as appropriate. Oversee overall change management strategy, plans, and communications to adopt new workflows and technology solutions for TNT, including end to end process and requirements mapping and training materials for internal and external teams. Oversee TNT data governance strategy and support the translation of business data requirements to IT to inform system updates. Experience, Skills & Knowledge Substantial, proven and market leading experience in traceability, sourcing, supply chain, human rights, sustainability or related field. Technical expertise in supply chain traceability and environmental impact data management. Excellent written and verbal communication, experience presenting to senior leadership. Knowledge of global ESG legislation preferred. Advanced project management experience and demonstrated ability to partner across multiple teams and geographies to achieve common goals and vision.
