An SME creative agency is looking for a new HR Manager to start ASAP. It's an initial 12 month contract, but this is likely to be extended/ opportunity to be made permanent!
This is a global company with a mix of permanent and freelance employees where you'll be responsible for the day to day management of the HR function, reporting into a HRD, and developing a HR Advisor. It's very hands on, covering everything from policy and process management, supporting on benefits and reward to leading on ER, change and talent management. The role will suit someone who enjoys the operational side of HR and is not afraid to get stuck in wherever needed!
The ideal candidate will thrive in buzzy, fast paced environments and have demonstrated experience working in an SME creative business. You're approach will be agile, with a real passion for delivering People focused initiatives that suit a busy and passionate team.
They operate a hybrid model, usually going into the office 3 days with flex to do more during busy periods based in Central London.
