Job Title: Night Concierge
Additional Salary Information: 10% night works allowance
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Concierge to join our team at Kings Ripton Court, an accommodation-based service supporting 36 young homeless people aged 16 to 25 years.
The Night Concierge is often the first point of contact for the service and will carry out reception and administrative tasks. We seek a friendly, approachable team player dedicated to delivering a positive experience to all.
This position involves working 38.5 hours per week, from 21:30 to 08:30, on a rolling four-night on, four-night off shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work within the Mission and Values of The Salvation Army, maintaining professionalism and ethics.
* Handle cash and maintain proper records.
* Manage incoming enquiries, including accommodation availability.
* Work independently and as part of a team.
* Operate effectively in a busy, high-pressure environment with a solution-focused approach.
* Understand relevant safeguarding, health, and safety legislation.
* Demonstrate excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
* Proficient in IT packages such as Teams, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
