Salary:£35,887 - £38,288 per annum, PLUS £4,000 Market Forces
35 Hours per Week
Location:County Hall Worcester with hybrid working, minimum 2 days office attendance temporarily located in Wildwood Offices on County Hall campus.

It offers social workers a career development pathway with access to high quality and diverse Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities and is aligned to social work frameworks and Social Work England Professional standards.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Work Practice Educator to join our friendly and high performing team.You will be supporting, developing, coaching, and mentoring newly qualified social workers completing their Assessed and Supported Year in Employment within the Adult Social Work workforce. This is a non-case holding role however you will be involved in completing direct observations of practice.

You will join a team of experienced Practice educators passionate about ‘making a difference’ to the social workers they support and their practice with adults. The team thrive in making learning dynamic, diverse, innovative and in line with the changing landscape of social work.There is an opportunity to provide direct supervision and mentoring to individual students and receive the practice education honorarium.
This is a diverse and varied role, offering the right candidate an opportunity to further develop their skills and knowledge across Adults Social Work and remain up to date with the national, regional, and local social work developments and research.You will have opportunity to facilitate action learning sets, Social Work England CPD sessions and promote Research In Practice. Your own development will be considered with opportunity to complete relevant CPD.
Must be a registered Social Worker and have PE1 and PE2 qualifications.
