CUSTOMER SERVICES - IT’S A PEOPLE THING
Are you someone who can start a conversation in an empty room? One of those people who always manages to get things done, no matter how much there is to do? If the answer is yes and yes, there’s a place in our Customer Service team for you.
It’s not about what you know. It’s who you are. You’ll be doing one of the most important jobs in our business looking after our customers. Which means building relationships, getting to know what they do, how they do it, and most importantly, how we can help them do it better.
We have an exciting new role for a Internal Account Administrator who will be integral to the success of our national sales strategy, ensuring that we have a consistent, joined-up approach to managing our customer base. In the role you'll be responsible for delivering a best-in-class service whilst using product knowledge and expertise to maximise upselling opportunities. It will be your remit to develop revenue growth with smaller new and existing customers, Your key objectives will be to ensure that:
1. You build relationships with the regional customer
2. Being the first point of contact for customers ensuring their queries are answered in a timely manor
3. Converting queries into sales.
Role will be office based at Ram Mill, Chadderton, 1 day per week home working

To succeed in the role you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours
4. A successful proven track record in customer relationship management
5. Experience of account management or telesales
6. The motivation, ambition and resilience to 'Make things Happen’ in a fast-paced environment - to ensure our plans are created and delivered in line with stakeholder expectations
7. Ability to manage sales revenue
8. A flexible and "can do" attitude.
9. Ability to assess data and identify trends and potential relationship or customer development opportunities
10. A customer-centric approach with experience of delivering an exceptional customer experience
11. A natural relationship builder with a collaborative style. You’ll be able to engage with new prospects easily
12. Excellent communication and influencing skills
13. Well organised with good planning skills
