To act as part of a reception team for the receiving of clients and visitors to the Practice. Provide support to the Personal Assistant to the Fee Earners in providing a secretarial service and administration assistance where required. Word processing letters, documents, forms via digital transcription, taking ID from clients and assisting with enquiries both in person and on the telephone. Opening files, maintaining storage system, checking diaries and all general office duties. Ordering stationery and office supplies, maintaining holiday chart and any other ad hoc duties as required.
