Job Description
This role provides support to the store manager across all operations and procedures, utilizing the core team to deliver the day-to-day objectives of high standards within store excellence, customer service, and achieving targeted KPIs, all within JYSK concepts and guidelines.
Main KPIs include sales, stock accuracy, customer feedback, and others.
This is a physically demanding role, and we are looking for managers with drive and ambition to achieve results in a demanding workload environment.
Must be flexible in working hours and demonstrate strong retail experience in stock control and team motivation.
With growth in the role and business, we are looking for future talent within DSMs, which means securing potential future store managers within this talent pool.
Additional Information
40-hour contract plus additional hours as needed for the business.
Full flexibility required.
