The Job: FULLY REMOTE NATIONAL ROLE

My client is a leading global player in high-quality, commercial floor coverings and total solution flooring projects, creating sustainable solutions for their customers.
They are a forward-thinking company with many manufacturing sites in both the UK and Europe.
The Role of the Key Account Manager:
You will be responsible for selling their commercial flooring to house builders in both the National and Regional sectors, as well as Social Housing and End users.
You will manage KEY accounts nationwide, seeking projects and new business within the house builders sector. You will be part of a team of 5 strong Key Account Managers, owning and managing your set of clients.
Driving sales forward, you will engage with Architects, Specifiers, and contractors, playing a key role in the development of the house builders sector.
The role is nationwide, ideally located near Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, London, or surrounding areas with easy access to UK motorways.

The Ideal Person for the Key Account Manager:
You will have a strong background as a Key Account Manager, with experience selling to National and Regional House Builders via architects and specifications, as well as dealing with contractors in Social Housing.
You will be responsible for tendering for business, managing accounts, and seeking new business opportunities. Travel throughout the UK is required.
You should be able to work well in larger teams as well as independently, possess a free-thinking mindset, and have a technical background with the core skills needed to succeed.

Salary up to £55K, with uncapped OTE of £10K - £30K, Company Car, Holidays, and Pension up to 5%.
