The Role
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Partner Services Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in providing the best onboarding experience for new employees and partners while supporting a range of administrative tasks.
This entry-level role involves coordinating inductions, managing onboarding and leaver processes, handling rewards and gifts, and running reports. Reporting to the Partner Services Manager, with support from the wider team of four, you will thrive if you are organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
* Onboarding of all new employees across the business
* Responsibility for the firm’s induction programme, organising and scheduling meetings
* Manage administration tasks in relation to any leavers of the business
* Supporting with our internal rewards program
* Running regular reports for the Partner Services team
* General ad-hoc administration
The Person
Experience
* Proven experience working in a customer facing role, with excellent customer service skills.
* HR and/or general administration experience.
* Experience of working within a busy office environment.
Skills and Abilities
* Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
* Excellent listening skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
* Outstanding customer service skills and confident speaking with stakeholders on the phone and via email.
* Great attention to detail.
* Strong IT skills and competent using all Microsoft packages; Office, Outlook, Word, Excel.
