Business Support Officer needed for the Housing and Maintenance team within a Housing Association. Ideally, you will have a strong knowledge of Housing and have worked in a similar role before.
The role will include:
1. Managing incoming calls from residents regarding Maintenance, Compliance, ASB, tenancy matters, and any other housing-related matters.
2. Logging repairs and resident conversations on the CRM system.
3. Following up with contractors on jobs completed, outstanding, and updating the resident as required, and supporting with 'no access' issues.
4. Liaising with other departments and booking appointments where necessary.
5. Setting up direct debits for residents' accounts and actioning as part of the rent increase process and issuing quarterly statements.
6. Taking minutes for Contractor meetings.
7. Monitoring job completions.
