Responsibilities Deliver individual and group support to students with SEN, encouraging confidence and independence. Assist teachers in planning and implementing differentiated lessons. Foster an inclusive atmosphere where all students can thrive. Support the social and emotional well-being of pupils. Keep accurate records of student progress and contribute to educational plans. Requirements Enthusiasm for working with children with SEN. Relevant experience is helpful but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptability, patience, and a positive mindset. A valid Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
