Who’s hiring?
This super creative and award winning production studio based in Central London are looking for Receptionist/PA to join the Operations team! You will provide company-wide support within a creative and dynamic environment. This role would suit a confident, enthusiastic and proactive candidate, focusing on PA work and diary management for three senior team members, and assisting with front of house duties.
The PA / Receptionist's main duties will revolve around PA work including day-to-day diary management/ setting up meetings, liaising with internal and external clients, domestic and international travel arrangements, credit card reconciliations and general PA assistance.
As well as PA duties, the PA/ Receptionist will be across front of house duties, alongside the Office Co- Ordinator. Answering and directing phone calls, greeting guests, managing meeting room bookings, liaising with our external IT support to ensure fast resolution of IT issues and setting up new starters.

The role in a nutshell
* Diary management and PA work for 3 Senior Leaders.
* Meeting room booking and management (5 meeting rooms).
* First point of contact for general IT requests issues and liaising with remote IT support.
* Front of House/ greeting guests/ post and courier management/ Phones/ buzzer.
* Keeping office stocked and tidy.
* Finance and credit card Reconciliation.
* Onboarding new team members.
* Opening and closing the office.
* Management of generic inboxes – directing emails to correct place.
* Ad hoc assistance with company events / general admin.
* Cover for Office Co-Ordinator in case of sickness / annual leave
* Reporting to Head of Culture and Employee Experience.

* Some prior experience of diary management
* Receptionist experience
* Punctual; excellent time management is essential to this role
* Well presented with a professional attitude - friendly and polite with excellent communication skills
* Passionate about delivering an excellent visitor experience, ensuring that all guests and staff members receive a positive, warm and professional first and last impression
* Adaptable and proactive - a self starter who is able to anticipate the office needs and step in to take on extra duties without instruction
