Lead and supervise a team of care assistants, ensuring care delivery to the highest standards. Conduct spot checks, competencies, and regular reviews for care staff to maintain quality and compliance. Collaborate with the care management team to assess individual care needs and create personalised care plans. Monitor clients' health status and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes or concerns. Assist clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, medication management, and meal preparation. Offer compassionate companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and friendly environment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Requirements: Proven experience in domiciliary care, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services.
