We are currently looking for a PPM Coordinator to join the team at our friendly depot in Littlehampton, West Sussex. You will provide the first point of contact for clients accessing our service, handling calls from service users, family members and healthcare professionals. You will ensure that service users queries are handled in accordance with their support plan. The Role Scheduling of PPM Appointments. Liaising with various parties to arrange suitable service/test times within set timeframes Schedule and organise daily van runs, liaising with technicians to ensure these meet set timescales Taking inbound calls from service users and dealing with requests Administration including general administration within the PPM area of service Communication responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound telephone calls and email contacts with service users, practitioners, prescribers and colleagues What are we looking for? Demonstrable customer service skills in a fast-paced outbound calling centre Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft programmes and an aptitude for learning new ones Great telephone manner Excellent communicator with interaction with various stakeholders and colleagues across the company Brilliant organisational skills and an unflappable manner What can we offer you?
