Robertson Bell is partnering with an established educational institution to recruit a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (Largely Remote) on a permanent basis. In this role, you will:
1. Lead a team of ten direct reports, supporting their development and fostering effective team dynamics.
2. Take full ownership of business partnering for a dedicated directorate, ensuring accurate monthly reports, comprehensive financial understanding among stakeholders, and efficient quarterly reforecasting.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in business partnering and research finance functions by identifying and implementing process and system enhancements.
4. Oversee the production of TRAC reports, providing guidance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
