PSR Solutions are working with a market leading client within the Residential Groundworks Sector to recruit a Contracts Manager to join their Production team on a permanent basis. This role will cover sites across Northampton, Luton, and Watford.
Contracts Manager Roles and Responsibilities
1. Produce site programmes indicating project duration, scope of works, and time scales per trade.
2. Prioritize workload, manage, and provide solutions to issues in relation to contracts assigned.
3. Attend site meetings with clients and sub-contractors, producing accurately recorded minutes.
4. Work closely with the Commercial and Procurement team to control labour, material purchases, and sub-contractor budgets.
5. Ensure Health & Safety regulations are met in accordance with current legislation.
6. Assist the Commercial team and Directors with final account preparation.
Contracts Manager Requirements
1. Ideally experience working as a Contracts Manager.
2. Project Managers looking to step up will be considered.
3. Experience managing Residential Groundworks projects is ideal.
4. Other Groundworks and Civils experience will also be considered.
5. Proven track record of delivering projects to a tight programme.
6. Up to date Qualifications (SMSTS, CSC, etc.).
7. Up to date knowledge of working Health and Safety regulations.
8. Full UK Valid Driving Licence.
Contracts Manager Benefits
1. Salary - £77,000 - £#removed# per annum.
