Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, you will take ownership of driving exceptional customer service and commercial success for this rapidly growing team In this role, your visionary leadership, customer-centric approach, and strong business acumen will be key to leading a team of consultants, project managers, architects, analysts, and developers. Leading and Inspiring Your Team: Manage and mentor a talented team of Dynamics and Power Platform consultants, architects, and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous development. Delivering Customer Transformational Change: Oversee a portfolio of customer projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of Dynamics and Power Platform solutions that drive significant business transformation. Building Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborating with your Leadership Team: Work closely with, and as part of the Professional Services Leadership Team to align delivery with broader company goals, ensuring continuous improvement of consulting and transformation services. Driving Business Growth: Contribute to the growth and profitability of Professional Services, while supporting the expansion of our outsourcing and managed services revenue streams. Ensuring Operational Excellence: Be accountable for workforce planning, ensuring the right skills are available at the right time to meet demand. Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality work while balancing billable utilisation with professional development. Shaping Technical Strategy: Lead the development of technical strategies and best practices within the Dynamics and Power Platform team, promoting innovation in automation, business intelligence, and data management through Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies. Supporting Sales and Pre-Sales Efforts: Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to scope, estimate, and win new business, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to delivery. Maintaining Operational Alignment: Ensure alignment between operations, architecture, and delivery teams, promoting best practices such as “ operability-by-design ” and maintaining a feedback loop to ensure ongoing improvement. Providing Transparent Reporting: Deliver clear and effective reporting to track progress, successes, challenges, and risks, enabling transparent discussions and informed decision-making. Customer Service Passion: You are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences through your team's expertise. Leadership in Delivery: You have experience leading delivery teams on Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform projects, both new implementations and enhancements. Technical Knowledge: You have a strong understanding of how Microsoft Power Platform, Modern Workplace, Cloud Technologies, and Dataverse combine to drive business transformation. Commercial Acumen: You possess solid business insight, honed through experience in a customer-facing professional services, or consulting environment. Inspirational Leadership: You are capable of inspiring and leading a team towards excellence and continuous improvement. Mentoring and Coaching: You have experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams, fostering growth and collaboration. Stakeholder Management: You have exceptional stakeholder management skills and can communicate effectively at all levels. Collaboration: You are a natural collaborator who thrives on enabling teams to focus on value creation by identifying and removing obstacles. Project Methodologies: You are an expert in both traditional project methodologies (Prince2, APM) and agile frameworks, with experience implementing Scrum in teams with low agile maturity.
