To help support the achievement of our aims, we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Talent and Organisational Development team as a Learning & Development Business Partner. In this newly created role you will be working across a variety of different functions creating development plans and solutions that will ensure we achieve specific commercial, compliance and competency requirements across our business.
In this role you will:
1. Build strong relationships across management teams of all functions in the business
2. Design, develop and deliver learning solutions for Commercial, Technical, Marketing and Finance teams
3. Develop learning pathways that allow for career growth and that support the development of the talent agenda within the business
4. Completing full evaluation of training interventions to demonstrate achievement of effective ROI and delivery of departmental KPIs
What we are looking for in our Learning & Development Business Partner:
You will have:
1. Demonstrable knowledge and expertise in the design, delivery, sourcing and evaluation of training activity
2. Experience of working with various IT programs e.g. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
3. Experience of working with HR Platforms including UKG, Zellis and LMS
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills
5. Able to convey and understand complex ideas and share and interpret data accurately to enable and undertake effective decisions
6. Experience of budget management and responsibility
7. Able to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships
8. Full driving licence
9. Flexibility to travel across all our GB&I sites
Whilst not essential, the following would be of benefit:
1. Personal 121 coaching experience
2. Experience of working within a manufacturing environment
