This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who is passionate about imparting knowledge and skills in electrical installation to the next generation of electricians. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, practical education in electrical installation, preparing students for successful careers in the industry. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and informative lectures and practical sessions in electrical installation. Develop, prepare lesson plans and instructional materials that meet curriculum goals and objectives. Assess and evaluate the progress and development of students, providing timely feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Stay updated with the latest developments and technologies in the electrical installation field to ensure the curriculum remains relevant. Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methods and expand program offerings. Participate in departmental and college activities and engage with industry partners to enhance the educational program.
