* Report to the General Manager
* Direct conference and events activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members
* Plan and conduct pre-event and post-event meetings with clients and catering staff
* Complete forecasts, plans, and productivity reports
* Manage a team of 3 Event Agents
