As Contract Administrator, you will:

Contract Preparation & Processing – Accurately prepare and process supply chain contracts and purchase orders, ensuring efficiency in procurement operations.
*
Record Maintenance & Compliance – Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, supplier agreements, and related documentation while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and legal requirements.
*
Contract Monitoring & Renewals – Track contract timelines, renewal dates, and key milestones, alerting relevant stakeholders to ensure continuity of agreements.
*
Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination – Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams to facilitate contract execution and resolve any contract-related issues.
*
Procurement Support & Reporting – Assist in procurement activities by gathering necessary documentation and generating reports on contract status, supplier performance, and procurement trends.
*
Process Improvement & Efficiency – Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract administration processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
We’re seeking someone with:

Contract Administration & Procurement Knowledge – Previous experience in contract administration, procurement, or a related administrative role.
*
Understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management – Familiarity with contract drafting, review, compliance monitoring, and supplier agreements.
*
Organisational & Attention to Detail Skills – Ability to manage multiple contracts, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
*
Communication & Stakeholder Coordination – Strong ability to liaise with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate contract execution and resolve issues.
*
Microsoft Office & Data Management – Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and contract management systems to track and report contract performance.
*
Familiarity with Supply Chain & Procurement (Desirable) – Understanding of supply chain operations, procurement processes, and legal terminology related to contracts.
