If you’re ready to bring your leadership, food safety knowledge, and passion for hospitality to the Yorkshire Garden Centres family, apply today and help us create an unforgettable dining experience for every guest Coach the front and back of house teams Ensure our food offering is delivered to the highest standards, ensuring exceptional customer service, and adhering to all food safety Drive menu development and design across our catering offering Deliver on catering budgets (sales, margin, wages), constantly reviewing performance against these and act as and when required to improve Review overall staffing requirements to ensure we deliver in line with budget Manage key supplier relationships (both internal and external) to drive efficiencies and to ensure continued great service Plan with the Head of Food up to 6 months in advance to cover new initiatives, merchandising, marketing campaigns, seasonal flux in business and product sales iaise across our total food departments and Marketing team to ensure a joint up approach to our catering and food offerings. Ensure there is an effective communicate plan is in place, through the Restaurant Managers, to ensure a smooth-running operation You'll have accountability of: 1.
