You will work closely with senior architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects. From day one, you'll take the lead in coordinating and advising on IT demand and intake, playing a crucial role in shaping our IT landscape. Your efforts will assist IT and Architecture teams in developing insightful reports and management information, essential for risk control, prioritisation, and optimal routing. You'll ensure the effective governance and control of IT demand, aligning with business requirements while minimising IT risk and optimising our IT estate. Your work will be pivotal in maintaining a balanced and efficient IT environment, where every decision is informed and strategic. We’re looking for individuals with a passion for learning, curiosity, and the potential to grow. If you thrive in a high-pressured environment and bring a positive, can-do attitude to your work, you’ll fit right in You have an awareness of architectural standards and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF or Agile Architecture in SAFe), a good understanding of ITIL procedures as implemented by NFU Mutual or a willingness to work towards it, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders.
