As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our success by providing on-site technical support to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting and repairing complex water and wastewater treatment systems, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring optimal system performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions, participate in equipment installations, and provide training to customers.

Responsibilities
1. Provide on-site technical support for water and wastewater treatment systems.
2. Troubleshoot and repair complex system issues to ensure optimal performance.
3. Conduct preventative maintenance activities to minimize system downtime.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions.
5. Assist with equipment installations and commissioning activities.
6. Train customers on the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment systems.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
1. Good IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to stay organised whilst multi-tasking.
2. Ability to fault find both electrically and mechanically.
3. Be hands-on with installation, repair, and modification work which includes various pipe work formats.
4. Understanding of electrical control systems (PLC literate basic) installed across Industrial, Food & Beverage, and Health Care sectors.
5. Able to understand electrical, mechanical, and P&ID drawings.
