About the Role: The Senior Manager, Social Influencer and Partnerships will be responsible for launching and managing a strategic influencer program to advance Wiley’s organizational goals. This role will also focus on building and nurturing partnerships with external stakeholders, such as authors, and internal collaboration with marketing teams to drive advocacy, promotional campaigns, and brand visibility. How you will make an impact: Influencer Program Launch and Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer strategy tailored to Wiley's goals, including identifying and engaging relevant influencers across different geographies and disciplines. Establish and foster collaboration with authors and other external partners creating opportunities for content, advocacy, and promotional campaigns. Employee advocacy program oversight Oversee and support the employee advocacy program managed by your direct report, ensuring alignment between internal advocacy efforts and external influencer campaigns Campaign analysis and optimization Monitor the performance of influencer and partnership campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategy and tactics for better results. Cross-Functional Collaboration with marketing, PR, content, and product teams to ensure that influencer and partnership initiatives are integrated with broader marketing strategies. What we look for: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred; Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree Five or more years of social media marketing Prior experience in a influencer-related role. In-depth knowledge of social media and influencer engagement best practices. Creativity: Ability to craft innovative campaigns Strategic thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that align with business objectives Data driven decision-making.
