Location: North Yorkshire (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong track record in international markets? Join a leading manufacturing business in North Yorkshire that produces life-saving products across defence, aerospace, food & beverage, agriculture, and diving industries. Following major UK defence contract wins and global expansion, they are now focusing on growth within European markets and need a European BDM to lead this initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
* Market Expansion – Develop and execute a strategy to grow the company’s presence in European markets
* Distributor Management – Identify, onboard, and manage key distribution partners across Europe
* Customer Acquisition – Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
* Sales Strategy – Work closely with the Sales Director to create and implement market entry plans
* Competitor Analysis – Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
* Revenue Growth – Drive sales performance, negotiate contracts, and maximize profitability
* Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and long-term success
