Superior Healthcare is recruiting aRapid Response Nursefor our Complex Care Division in Kent. Operating specialist services delivering over 650,000 hours of care annually, the Nurse Manager will work alongside a team of professionals. Working as a Rapid Response Nurse within the complex care team at Superior Healthcare, you will clinically support our clients in their own homes when their regular team members are unable to provide support. You will work with clients with a wide variety of life-limiting conditions, including conditions from birth, degenerative conditions, spinal injuries and brain injuries, as well as those requiring interventions such as ventilations, gastrostomy and bowel management. You will benefit from contracted hours working over a 2-week rolling rota. This position offers a day or a night role. As well as directly supporting the clients, you may find yourself assisting with the training and induction of Healthcare Assistants or Nurses to provide greater support and contingency for the clients we support.
