Chief Operating Officer Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established provider of behavioral health services. They have a current opening for a Chief Operating Officer that has HR experience working in healthcare, specifically behavioral health.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee operations of 5 departments, excluding clinical operations
* Develop and administer organizational policies to all areas of operation
* Direct Performance Improvement activities within the facility
* Achieve budget oversight and monitor to ensure budgetary guidelines are maintained.
* Set policy and performance standards for the operation of organizational systems.
Education / Requirements:
* Minimum of five years’ experience in management / administration in a behavioral health setting.
* Experience in human resources includes benefit administration, employee relations, and other essential HR functions.
* Position is On-Site, with the flexibility of a hybrid role.
The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
