Duties/Responsibilities
Location: Mobile role covering Sheffield down to Rochester (Candidate based in either Northampton ,Oxford or Milton Keynes area's preferred for reporting office)- Full UK Driving License essential
Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum DOE + Car Allowance
Working hours: 40 hours per week,Monday - Friday, 0800 - 1700

Role overview:
To ensure compliance with the agreement between EMCOR UK and the client for the delivery of Facilities Services across the portfolio.
To offer support and guidance to ensure that workflow is delivered effectively and to develop the team so that they achieve their full potential.

To develop a relationship with both client and customer built on trust and transparency in addition to contributing to the development and success of EMCOR UK in line with the contract governance framework.
What you’ll do:
1. Support the Contract Manager to effectively co-ordinate service delivery across the whole of the scope of FM service delivery and advise senior management of any perceived risks and mitigation actions
2. Responsibility for the Southern Region as principal role, ensuring our TFM model is effectively delivered across the Siemens Industries estate. Deputising in absence for Contract Manager for the SI UK portfolio as and when required.
3. Builds organisational capacity, responsible for the delivery of the service and maintenance of all assets under contract in the portfolio. operational management of internal and external service delivery teams, ensuring quality of services provided are continually improved and exceed customer expectations.
4. Responsible for efficiently and economically implementing the assigned tasks from commencement to completion in full compliance to applicable standards and specifications, within the given time frame, including monitoring and regular reporting of overall progress.
5. Evaluate data and operational performance stats on a monthly basis, ensuring a documented action plan is implemented for any out of line situations.

7. Sound management and interpersonal skills to effectively provide leadership to the organisation and subordinate’s staff.
8. Qualifications and/or membership of IWFM (Institute of Workplace Facilities Management)
9. Recognised Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH)
10. Experienced people manager. Have good leadership, team building and communication skills.
11. Good quality communication skill (both oral and written) and presentation skills, strong capability to effectively manage client and subordinate relationships.
12. Experienced at managing budgets.
13. Strong command of written and spoken English
