An opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to join a highly recommended and reputable firm that specializes in various areas of law, including conveyancing, commercial conveyancing, family & matrimonial, and litigation. Additional experience in an accounts or finance role would be highly advantageous.
What you'll do as Office Manager:
1. Oversee all operational functions of the business
2. HR and staff management (6-12 People)
3. Regular reviews of business performance and efficiency
4. Facilities management
5. Some Finance and Accounts responsibilities
We're looking for an Office Manager with:
1. Excellent organisational skills
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Able to motivate the Admin staff
4. Good IT skills
5. Experience of working in a legal environment is preferable but not essential
6. Must be office-based Monday to Friday (no Hybrid)
7. Experience from Management Accounts/Accounts payable, Supplier payments, VAT reconciliation etc. would be beneficial
