Vacancy Details
The purpose of this role is to provide administration for the Learning Academy across all departments (Technical training, Learning and Development, and Early Careers). You will be a key point of contact for colleagues across the business requesting to book training courses whilst providing a key role in organizing events, liaising with external and internal providers, booking training rooms and resources, and sending pre-event-joining instructions.
You will be expected to deliver a first-class experience across the Severfield Group whilst assisting the business in developing a learning culture. You will be required to support the Learning Academy with administrative tasks and to provide project and meeting support.
Successful candidates will be someone with administrative experience and a high attention to detail. You will need to be able to work well within a team while also having the ability to manage your own workload and deadlines. It will be beneficial to have good IT skills to work with our IT systems.
