We are seeking an outstanding Community Children’s Nurse to join our well-established Integrated Community Team that delivers acute, continuing and complex health care. This challenging and rewarding role offers the opportunity to meet the needs of children, young people and their families whilst working alongside Special School Nurses, our respite team from Firvale and Consultant Paediatricians.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an enthusiastic forward-thinking paediatric nurse with community or paediatric experience, you will be a highly motivated independent practitioner with sound evidence based skills. The post holder will manage a general caseload and provide specialist advice, education and support to health care professionals and patients. You will be responsible for contributing to the on-going service development of the community children’s nursing service.

Child health will ensure excellent development opportunities and a range of expertise for advice and support in your role. Secondment to national, regional study days and networking events will be actively supported.
