Are you passionate about shaping young minds and making a real impact in further education? We are looking for an English Lecturer to join a dynamic and supportive team at a leading college in Gloucestershire.
The Role
* You will be delivering GCSE and Functional Skills English to mostly 16-18-year-old learners.
* Opportunity to teach evening classes for adult learners.
* Work as part of a cross-campus team of 21 lecturers with excellent collaboration and shared resources.
* You will receive dedicated support from a Learning Coach and Line Manager.

* 38 days annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas closure.
* Full-time (37 hours) or part-time considered.

What you'll need
* Previous experience teaching GCSE English and/or Functional Skills.
* A minimum of A-Level English, ideally a degree.
* You will already hold, or be willing to work towards a Teaching Qualification - the college will support you with this if you don't already have one.
* Prior to starting your new role, you will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check, including the child barred list.
