Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to SCN based at University Hospital Crosshouse, Ward 2.
What you will do:
As an administration/secretarial assistant, you will work closely with the Senior Charge Nurse in Ward 2F – Renal High Dependency Unit at University Hospital Crosshouse.
Your duties will include general office work such as absence management support, letter writing, filing, organizing meetings, rostering input, managing annual leave, audit input, developing and managing databases, planning staff training, and other duties as assigned by the SCN.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required:
* Proficiency in office IT software, including OneDrive, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Qualification in Secretarial Studies/Administration or equivalent experience.
* Excellent English and numeracy skills, with experience in an office environment.
* Strong organizational, coordinating, and administrative skills; experience in healthcare is desirable but not essential.
Additional Information:
The role is 15 hours per week, with shift patterns to be agreed with the SCN.
