Job Description
The Fleet Maintenance Service team are responsible for the service, repair and maintenance of all West Dunbartonshire Council/Health and Social Care Partnership vehicles, plant and equipment.
We are looking to increase our team of highly motivated staff. You should be an experienced mechanic who is able to work as part of a team or on your own initiative and with minimal support and guidance over a range of vehicles from cars to LGV’s.
The post involves working to tight deadlines, you must therefore have good time management skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be expected to work in either of our depots (Richmond Street, Clydebank and Elm Road, Dumbarton) both indoor and outdoors while carrying out specific works relevant to your trade.
Work pattern is: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 3:30pm, Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm
