We are proud to partner with a prestigious client renowned for their expertise in bespoke packaging artwork, printing, and mock-ups for the advertising, design, and packaging industries.
This company has a stellar reputation for delivering exceptionally high-quality products through bespoke litho proofing techniques. Their state-of-the-art studio houses specialist facilities, including offset litho printing, silkscreen printing, hot and cold foiling, embossing, debossing, hand finishing, die cutting, varnishing, and unique ink applications. Every detail contributes to creating stunning, custom-designed products for their clients.
The Role
As part of the production team, you will manage the seamless flow of projects from inception to completion and invoicing. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing multiple projects to ensure deadlines are met and stakeholder expectations are exceeded. Acting as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and suppliers, you'll leverage your print production knowledge and excellent customer service skills to deliver outstanding results.
Flexibility is essential, as the business operates between 7 am and 7 pm, and occasional early starts or late finishes may be required to meet project demands.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborating with the production team to understand client needs, provide quotes, and schedule projects.
2. Coordinating with suppliers to ensure materials and resources are in place.
3. Managing and adjusting production schedules to meet deadlines.
4. Negotiating competitive pricing with suppliers.
5. Acting as the primary point of contact for visiting clients, providing tours of the facility, and ensuring a positive experience.
6. Building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders by keeping them informed throughout the project lifecycle.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have a background in project, account, or print production management within a print or design-focused environment.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in project/account/production management or a similar role, preferably in a design agency or print production setting.
Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills.
Professional and well-presented demeanour with strong interpersonal abilities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with print production processes, including litho, silkscreen, and digital print, is highly desirable.
